HOW TO SEND PRODUCT IN FOR REPAIR IN CANADA

PACKAGING:
Box your product securely. Do NOT send accessory items such as dust caps, carrying case, eyepieces, mounts, etc.

WHAT TO INCLUDE:

  • A short note explaining the reason you are returning the product
  • Your daytime phone number
  • A UPS deliverable address for returning your product to you
  • The return shipping and handling fee for all products is $10

SHIPPING:
We recommend that you send your product to us via Canadian Post, Express Post, or a courier of your choice that provides signature tracking information. If you live in Canada your repair should be sent to:

REPAIR PROCESS:
When your product is received it will be assigned a repair number. After reading your letter a technician will evaluate your product to determine what repairs are needed and whether or not warranty coverage will be applicable. It is our option to repair or replace your product. If your unit is NOT covered under warranty, an estimate for repair or replacement will be mailed to you. You will have 45 days to respond, either accepting or declining the recommendation. If you accept the recommendation for repair or replacement you will need to provide payment. That can be in the form of a check, money order, or if you prefer, by MasterCard or VISA. If the repair or replacement is covered under warranty, you will receive no additional correspondence. Your repaired product or a comparable replacement of equal value and function will be shipped to you via Canadian Post.
