LIMTED WARRANTY
Bollé Eyewear warrants to the consumer that for one year from the date of purchase it will replace or repair, at its option, any product that is defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to products that have been lost, altered, broken, or damaged by misuse or failure to follow instructions provided with the product. We do not warrant against normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental frame breakage.

For this warranty to apply, purchase must have been made in the United States from an authorized dealer, and you must still have the proof of purchase. Only authentic products will be warranted. This warranty shall not apply to any defect or damage caused by unreasonable use of this product. All warranties that are implied by law are also limited for one year from date of purchase. Bollé goggle and sunglass lenses are not unbreakable and are not designed to withstand severe impact. They are designed to provide protection against solar radiation, wind and snow only.

For those people unable to take advantage of the Limited Warranty, Bollé will repair damage to its product caused by accidental breakage and/or normal use, after inspection at our repair center. Once inspected, an estimate letter will be sent to the consumer. The consumer can call or fax Bollé back their reply letter within 20 days and accept the offer and submit payment or have the original pair sent back with no repairs.

Congratulations on your purchase of Bollé sunglasses. With over 60 years of experience in the eyewear business, we are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. As proof of this confidence and in appreciation for your loyalty we now offer to you the Bollé 4Ever Lifetime Warranty program.

WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM?
The Bollé 4Ever Lifetime Warranty guarantees your Bollé sunglasses against product damage caused by accident or normal use for as long as you own the product. Bollé will repair or replace your sunglasses, with an original accompanying proof of purchase, at our option, depending on what models are available. If your sunglass color/style is no longer available at the time of replacement, we will replace them with a sunglass of comparable style and value. If your glasses are more than one year old, and you have proof of purchase (only original sales receipts will be accepted, no copies), click the 'more' button below for information to make a claim.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:

  1. Do not return your sunglasses to the place of purchase. Stores are not authorized to provide service under this warranty.
  2. Pack up the following in a box:
    a. Completed claim form.
    b. Processing fee as indicated on claim form (check/money order payable to Bollé, Inc., or major credit card number)
    c. Original date proof of purchase (ie: sales receipt)
    d. Damaged sunglasses

    If your Bollé frames have prescription lenses, see your eye care professional for warranty information, they are not covered under this warranty.
  3. Send complete package with necessary claim forms and receipt as described above to:

  4. Product will be returned to you in approximately 4 weeks.
  5. We will pay for all costs to ship them back to you within the United States (you are responsible for shipping costs to Bollé).

LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES:

  • Only authentic Bollé products will be warranted under this program.
  • Any and all prescription lenses ARE NOT covered by this warranty.
  • The Bollé 4Ever™ warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the sunglass product and lasts for as long as they own the product.

For the Bollé 4Ever™ warranty to apply, the purchase must have been made in the United States from an authorized Bollé dealer.
