SUNGLASSES WARRANTY

BOLLE SUNGLASSES LIMITED WARRANTY for U.S. residents only

Residents only Accidental breakage and/or normal use and you do have an original proof of purchase.

Bollé Eyewear warrants to the consumer that for 2 years from the date of purchase, it will replace or repair, at its option, any sunglasses that are defective in materials or workmanship. Purchase must be made in the United States from an authorized dealer and still have your proof of purchase. Only authentic Bollé products will be warranted.

This warranty does not apply to sunglasses that have been lost, altered, broken, or damaged by misuse or failure to follow instructions provided with the product. We do not warrant against normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental frame breakage.

What to include:

Your name, address, phone, email and description of the problem. Your sunglasses and copy of your proof of purchaseLeave accessories such as case, cloth, prescription lenses at home.

You can pay with credit card by calling Bolle Consumer Service at 800-423-3537 or Dealer Service at 800-221-9035 during the hours of Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. If a reply is not received within 20 calendar days, the original product is returned to you with no work done.

What to include:

Your name, address, phone, email and description of the problem.

Your sunglasses. Leave accessories such as case, cloth, prescription lenses at home.

Care and Cleaning

SUNGLASSES CARE & CLEANING
When you are not wearing your Bolle’ sunglasses, store them in their corresponding pouch or case, not face down on any surface or loose in your pocket or purse where objects may damage lenses. Even though our lenses are treated with premium quality hard coatings to help limit scratching, they are not scratch proof. Here are tips to preserve the lens:


GOGGLES CARE & CLEANING

When you are not wearing your Bolle’ goggles, store them in their protective pouch, not face down on any hard surface. If interior surface of the lens becomes wet or covered with snow, Do Not wipe dry. This will damage the anti-fog coating and reduce its effectiveness over time.
