You can then go back and add additional items to your bag or click 'Buy Now'. Yes you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it from My Bag. However, once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. The order will be sent to you and then if required you will have to return it. Refer to our Refunds Policy if you require further information

Unfortunately, we do not provide a refund on purchased items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 21 days of receiving it. We will exchange the item for a different item or items of equal or greater value. Refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.
We charge the following rates for any purchase to be shipped within Australia and New Zealand: Australia $10.00 AUD New Zealand $20 AUD For good to be shipped internationally, prices do not include relevant overseas custom duties and/or other taxes that you may incur. Yes you can! On the day that your order is shipped we will send you an email confirming its despatch which will include a tracking code so that you can follow your order through to delivery.
For delivery to both Australia and New Zealand we use Australia Post eParcel - a registered post service

For domestic and international delivery, you should receive your order within 5 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you. A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to you local Australia Post depot for pick up. If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to indicate these when required on the delivery details page as you are checking out.
